Drop-Off Location: All customers must ensure a specific, accessible location is ready for equipment drop-off. If the location is unsuitable upon arrival, additional fees may apply.

Pick-Up and Delivery Scheduling: Customers must provide a confirmed time for both delivery and pick-up. Any delays in access for pick-up may incur additional fees.

Responsibility for Equipment: Customers assume full responsibility for the rental equipment from the time of delivery until pick-up. Any damage, loss, or misuse of the equipment will result in fines up to $5,000, based on the extent of the issue.

Liability and Damages: 5th Cravings is not liable for any injuries or damages that may occur during the use of rental equipment. Proper usage instructions will be provided, and it is the customer’s responsibility to follow all guidelines.

Payment Terms: A 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking and is non-refundable. The remaining 50% of the payment is due 48 hours before the event. Late payments may incur a 5% fee.
